Cooking Tips

  1. Pre Cooking: Rinse the rice thoroughly, soak rice for 30 minutes in lukewarm water. After 30 minutes drain the water away
  2. Boil Water: In a heavy bottom pan take 5 cup of water for 1 cup of rice, Bring water to a boil
  3. Add Rice: Add the drained rice to the boiling water. Stir once or just enough to separate the rice.
  4. Cook on medium flame: Turn the stove to medium flame and let the rice cook until they turn soft and tender
  5. Drain Water: Drain the water using a sieve and allow it to stand for 5 minutes.
